Return & Refund Policy

  • No direct return/refund from Smart Techno IT Solution.
  • All returns/replacements strictly as per manufacturer/brand policy.
  • Approval is based on brand inspection & final decision only.
  • Shipping/Transit charges for return or replacement must be borne by the customer.
  • Opened / Used / Physically damaged items are not eligible for return.

Customer must return:

  • Original box & packaging
  • All accessories
  • Original invoice
  • Serial number intact

Refunds (if brand approves) are processed only after product verification by brand.
