Return & Refund Policy
- No direct return/refund from Smart Techno IT Solution.
- All returns/replacements strictly as per manufacturer/brand policy.
- Approval is based on brand inspection & final decision only.
- Shipping/Transit charges for return or replacement must be borne by the customer.
- Opened / Used / Physically damaged items are not eligible for return.
Customer must return:
- Original box & packaging
- All accessories
- Original invoice
- Serial number intact
Refunds (if brand approves) are processed only after product verification by brand.
