- We are retailers only. We do not provide any direct warranty.
- All warranty support is strictly between the Brand/Manufacturer & the Customer.
- We assist only in guiding customers on how to claim warranty from the brand.
- Any warranty conditions, duration, or changes are subject to brand policy.
- Manufacturer's decision will be considered final for warranty claims.
- Customer must provide original invoice & serial number for any claim.
- No warranty on physical damage, burn, liquid damage, improper handling, unauthorized repairs.
- Warranty terms mentioned are only as communicated by the brand and may change anytime without notice.
