• “Smart Techno” – Refers to our website www.smarttechno.in (desktop or mobile version).
• “Products” – Items offered for sale on Smart Techno.
• “Parties” – Smart Techno and you, collectively.

• To use Smart Techno and/or purchase Products, you must register on the website (one-time process).
• Registration is complete only after you receive a confirmation email.
• You are solely responsible for:
  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials,
  • Restricting access to your devices,
  • All actions taken under your account.
• You must:
  • Inform Smart Techno immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach,
  • Log out at the end of each session.

Accounts of users under 18 years of age must be operated under parental/legal guardian supervision.

  • Warranty/return processing (as per manufacturer policy).

• We reserve the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, or remove/edit content at our discretion.

• We strive for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility references, and pricing.
• However, due to human errors, typographical mistakes, or technical issues, product information may sometimes be incorrect or incomplete.
• Smart Techno reserves the absolute right to:
  • Correct, update, or modify product information (including price, specifications, images, descriptions, or availability) at any time without prior notice.
  • Refuse, modify, or cancel any order or inquiry placed for a product that was listed incorrectly, even if the order was already confirmed.
  • Cancel such orders at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice to you. If payment has been collected, the amount will be refunded as per our policies.
• Customers acknowledge and agree that Smart Techno will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or claim arising from corrections or cancellations made due to listing errors or inaccuracies.

• Products are sold with manufacturer’s warranty only.
• Smart Techno does not manufacture products and is not responsible for warranty decisions.
• Warranty void cases include:
  • Physical damage (bent pins, chipped/burnt CPUs, cracked boards, broken parts).
  • Improper installation, mishandling, or overclocking.
  • Tampering with serial numbers or labels.
• Physically damaged products will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

• No Returns / Exchanges: Smart Techno does not accept returns or exchanges once a product is sold.
• Manufacturer Warranty Only: All after-sales issues are handled strictly under the manufacturer’s service/warranty policy.
• Costs:
  • Shipping, inspection, and courier charges for warranty claims must be borne by the customer.
  • Smart Techno is not responsible for loss/damage during transit to service centers.
• Service Decision: Repair/replacement/refusal decisions rest solely with the manufacturer or its authorized service center. Smart Techno has no control over these outcomes.
• Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Transit Damage:
  • If the manufacturer offers DOA or transit damage cover, claims will be processed only as per their rules.
  • Customers must provide required documents, packaging, and proof within the manufacturer’s time limit.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices may change without notice.
• Adding a product to your cart does not lock the price. Final price is charged at checkout.

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours, provided stock is available and payment is verified.
• Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

• Use of the website and Products is at your own risk.
• Smart Techno disclaims all implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a purpose).
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product in dispute.

• You may post comments/reviews provided they:
  • Do not infringe intellectual property rights,
  • Are not defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or indecent,
  • Are not used for soliciting/promoting other businesses.
