The AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D Gaming and Content Creation Processor is the ultimate 16-core desktop CPU with 2nd gen AMD 3D V-Cache Technology that can do it all with incredible performance for the most demanding gamers and creators.
It has 16 cores and 32 threads with a 4.3 GHz base clock and up to 5.7 GHz boost clock. Cache is 16 MB L2 and 128 MB L3, with a Default TDP of 170W. It is built on the Zen 5 architecture, with CPU cores on TSMC 4nm FinFET and the I/O die on TSMC 6nm FinFET.
It fits the AM5 socket and supports A620, X670E, X670, B650E, B650, X870E, X870, B840 and B850 chipsets. It supports DDR5 memory (up to 256 GB, 2 channels) and PCIe 5.0, and includes AMD Radeon Graphics with 2 graphics cores. It is unlocked for overclocking. A cooler is not included, and a liquid cooler is recommended for optimal performance.
