The G.Skill dual channel kits here are all two-module DDR5 sets for desktops. They run from 32GB (2x16GB) Flare X5 and Ripjaws S5 kits at 6000 MHz CL36 to 128GB (2x64GB) Ripjaws S5, Flare X5 and Trident Z5 Neo RGB kits. Most run at 6000 MHz with latencies from CL28 to CL36. The Intel XMP kits go faster: the Ripjaws S5 at 6400 MHz, the Trident Z5 RGB at 6800 and 7200 MHz, and the Trident Z5 CK RGB 48GB at 8200 MHz. G.Skill covers them with a 10 year warranty.
For AMD Ryzen on AM5, the 6000 MHz AMD EXPO kits such as the Flare X5 and Trident Z5 Neo RGB suit well, and the CL30 and CL28 versions give lower latency. Intel builds need an Intel XMP kit. Speeds of 6400 MHz and above depend on the processor and motherboard, so check the board's memory support list. For capacity, 32GB covers gaming, 64GB suits editing and streaming, and 128GB suits heavy workstation loads. The 6000 MHz and 32 GB kits have their own pages.
Frequently asked questions
Will these kits work in a DDR4 motherboard? No. Every kit here is DDR5 and fits only DDR5 slots.
Can an AMD EXPO kit be used on an Intel board? For Intel, choose a kit labelled Intel XMP or Intel XMP / AMD EXPO. EXPO-only kits may need manual settings on Intel boards.
How does the Flare X5 differ from the Trident Z5 Neo RGB? Both are AMD EXPO kits. The Flare X5 has a low-profile heatspreader without lighting, and the Neo adds RGB.
