Overview
The Gigabyte B550M H ARGB is an Ultra Durable Micro ATX motherboard built on the AMD B550 chipset with an AM4 socket. It supports AMD Ryzen 5000 Series, Ryzen 5000 G-Series, Ryzen 4000 G-Series, Ryzen 3000 and Ryzen 3000 G-Series processors, and uses a 4+2 phases digital power design with all solid capacitors.
Memory support is dual channel ECC/non-ECC unbuffered DDR4 through 2 DIMM sockets, up to 64 GB, with XMP support. Cooling is handled by Smart Fan 6, which offers multiple temperature sensors and hybrid fan headers with Fan Stop. Each fan header supports PWM and DC fans or a pump, up to 24W (12V x 2A) with over-current protection.
Storage includes a PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 connector with NVMe and SATA mode support, plus 4 SATA 6Gb/s connectors. The board has a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, GbE LAN, 8-channel HD audio with high-end audio capacitors and an audio noise guard, and rear HDMI and DisplayPort outputs. It also carries 3 ARGB headers, 1 RGB header, a Q-Flash Plus button, anti-sulfur resistors and a patented double locking bracket.
